Nimisha Joy – Resident Physiotherapist in Ottawa

I’m Nimisha Joy, a Resident Physiotherapist. I completed my Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy from Rajiv Gandhi University in India, followed by an internship at St. John’s Medical College. I then worked at Physio X10, an orthopedic clinic in Bangalore. After moving to Canada, I completed a Post-Graduate Diploma in Therapeutic Recreation from Algonquin College in Ottawa, where I also gained experience working with seniors.

I recently passed the written component of the PCE and am excited to begin my journey as a Resident physiotherapist in Canada. I’m passionate about helping people regain movement and improve their quality of life through personalized, evidence-based care.
