Hima Lunagariya

Hima is a dedicated and compassionate healthcare professional who is passionate about helping individuals restore their mobility, manage pain, and return to their daily activities with confidence. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy in India before moving to Canada to further her career, and she has experience treating a wide range of conditions, including musculoskeletal injuries and post-surgical rehabilitation.

She takes a patient-centered approach to care, focusing on evidence-based treatment strategies tailored to each individual’s needs and goals. Hima believes in empowering patients through education and active involvement in their recovery journey.

Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys exploring new places and trying different cuisines. She is committed to creating a supportive and positive environment where patients feel heard, motivated, and confident in their rehabilitation process.
