Sheffin Joy – PEC

Sheffin is a dedicated healthcare administration professional with a strong foundation in both technology and patient support. While completing his Bachelor’s in Computer Science in 2025 from Algoma University, he gained hands‑on experience in the healthcare field by working seasonally as a Medical Office Assistant at Southbank Medical Centre (Walk-in & family practice). This early exposure helped him build solid skills in clinic operations, patient communication, and administrative coordination.

He now serves as the Patient Experience Coordinator at Physiocare, where he ensures smooth workflows and a welcoming environment for every patient. Known for his reliability, calm approach, and commitment to quality care, Sheffin brings together technical skill and genuine compassion in his work, making him a valued member of any healthcare team.
