Samreen Sandhu brings a strong clinical foundation and a holistic approach to her role in the healthcare field. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy in India, followed by one year of hands-on experience working in a hospital setting, where she developed practical skills in patient care and rehabilitation.
To further enhance her clinical expertise, Samreen has earned certifications in Dry Needling, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), and Hydrotherapy. These specialized skills allow her to support clients with a wide range of physical conditions using evidence-based techniques.
After moving to Canada, Samreen expanded her scope of practice by completing a Post-Graduate Certificate in Recreation Therapy from Algonquin College. This unique combination of physiotherapy and recreation therapy enables her to take a more comprehensive and client-centered approach—focusing not only on physical recovery but also on improving overall quality of life through meaningful activities.
