Himay Shah

Himay Shah brings a background in technology and customer service, along with a genuine interest in helping people, to the Physiocare team.

Himay completed his Advanced Diploma in Computer Systems Technology at Seneca Polytechnic. Through his previous customer service experience, he developed strong communication and problem-solving skills while working with people from a variety of backgrounds.

As a Patient Experience Coordinator, Himay enjoys being one of the first friendly faces patients see when they arrive at the clinic. He supports patients with appointments, communication, and day-to-day questions while helping create a welcoming and comfortable environment.

Himay is excited to be part of the Physiocare team and looks forward to getting to know patients and supporting them throughout their experience at the clinic.
