Monika De Luca – Experienced Massage Therapist

She graduated from the Institute of Complementary and Alternative Therapies in Toronto in 2018. She approaches each challenge presented by an individual’s body with care and compassion, developing personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs. Her treatments incorporate deep tissue massage therapy, extensive stretching, and joint mobilization. With a diverse range of experience gained in Lithuania, Ireland, and now Canada, she has honed her skills in various clinical settings, including treating individuals involved in motor vehicle accidents.

As the owner of a practice in Toronto, she provided treatment to athletes, including hockey and football players, as well as individuals with postural issues. Additionally, she am proficient in hot stone massage, cupping therapy, soft-tissue instrument-assisted mobilization, and pregnancy massage.

About 5 years ago, her family and she relocated to Ottawa, where she reopened her practice. She commenced studying new techniques in massage therapy and pursuing certification as a Master Myoskeletal Therapist, focusing on body alignment and movement. She also work with children, supporting their physical development and overall well-being. As a registered massage therapist, she takes great care and pride in her professional work.
