Up on toes arm lift

Physiotherapy in Ottawa Area for Lower Back

Sit on a ball with your feet and knees together.  Lift your heels while breathing with the diaphragm and keeping your inner unit activated.

Lift your right arm overhead and lower. Switch to the left and repeat. 

Try to stay relaxed but don't let the ball move or your hips shift. Breathe throughout the exercise.

Repeat as advised by your physiotherapist.
